Workshops
Each year, The Stone Trust offers indoor and outdoor and Workshops for interested and improving wallers. A typical workshop is designed to teach homeowners and tradespeople the structural techniques involved in building and rebuilding stone walls with no mortar. Indoors or outdoors, participants can learn or upgrade proper dry stone walling techniques including safety, batter, hearting, throughs, and coping. Knowledge gained will prepare students for their own projects and help train their eyes to identify proper walling techniques in all walls. |
