Policies
     
General policies for the workplace
1. Respect the working environment
2. No smoking.
3. No alcoholic beverages or recreational drugs.
4. No dogs.
5. No person under the age of 13 allowed.
6. No non-working, non-enrolled person on the worksite. Visitors may be greeted apart or outside.
7. Wear heavy shoes when building or rebuilding walls.
8. Wear protective eyewear while building or rebuilding walls.
9. No public music allowed.

Cancellation/Refund for Workshops
If The Stone Trust cancels a Workshop:
1. Full refund will be paid to all enrolled participants.
If a participant cancels:
1. More than 14 days prior: 100% refund.
2. 4-14 days prior: 50% refund.
3. 1-3 days prior: no refund.
4. Workshop fee must be used for the date reserved. Fees may not be 'saved' and transferred to another date.
5. Workshop fee is transferrable to another person, for the date reserved.

Cancellation/Refund for Test Days
If The Stone Trust cancels a Test Day:
1. Full refund will be paid to all enrolled candidates.
If a candidate cancels:
1. More than 30 days prior: 100% refund.
2. 8-30 days prior: 50% refund.
3. 1-7 days prior: no refund.
